Capstone was our main contractor for our dream home here at Albany. The project was delivered on time and on budget and JD and his team worked in harmony with our architect and Interior designer.

Building in the Bahamas is not straightforward, but the Capstone team and their excellent extended team of suppliers from the US truly delivered.

 From start to finish, we had the most incredible team in place at Capstone, who underpromised and over-delivered at every turn. The care and attention they took to understand our vision, and the time they took to work with us and our architect to deliver that vision, meant that we really were able to build our dream home. Even 7 years later, people always ask what I would do differently, and I genuinely cannot think of anything.

JD Russell was the most well-prepared, efficient, and communicative person you could wish to work with and was always on hand to answer any random question that I urgently needed to finish my design flow brainstorming.

Despite the usual obstacles and hiccups that happen in any home build, the process of building with Capstone was fun, exciting, as stress-free as possible, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of building in the Bahamas.
